To start fishing, you will need to acquire your first fishing rod through Blacksmithing.
Once you have your fishing rod, head to the corresponding fishing island on the continent, located via the waypoints.
Finally, once you're there, simply walk around the island in search of water and whenever you see fish jumping, use the fishing rod on that specific square to actually fish.
As mentioned above, you need to fish in the correct squares to obtain fish. Doing so will consume your energy, and you will get a fish corresponding to the continent you are on. There is also a chance that you may fish monsters which you can kill for some experience or to complete fishing tasks.
Each continent has its own version of the fishing island, and every time you progress to a new continent, you will need a new fishing rod, obtained through Blacksmithing, after the mechanical fishing rod. Below, we will organize a table to make it easier to understand the requirements and what types of fish and monsters you can obtain through fishing.

The fish you obtain can be melted using the Smelter into the fishing currency mentioned above, the Giant Shimmering Pearls. Some of the creatures you fish may be considered bosses and will provide special items through the Reward Chest, with a small chance of also obtaining a Soul Scroll. If you happen to fish a boss, an announcement will be made to the entire server in a message so people can join the fight against the boss. If you don’t have enough people or want to fight the boss later, you can store them in aquariums, which will be discussed further below.
Aquariums are special items that allow you to store bosses inside them to fight them later. There are aquariums for each continent, so you will not be able to use lower-level aquariums to capture higher-level bosses. You can only release fishing bosses inside the fishing island area. Below we will list the types of aquariums for better understanding.
